When the petitioners has abandoned their exhibits and they failed in the bid to tender new evidence, what else have you got apart from an inevitable date with defeat?

By making fools of themselves, these lawyers are signing the death of their own Law Practice. It's a sad spectacle to watch.

If 80 ballot papers are issued on the Election Day and after the count we have 90 votes. The cheating wife says we had 100 registered voters so no over voting. Where did the additional 10 votes come from?

The respondents lawyers spent days telling us that there are duplicates in the pink sheets. They showed us the evidence over and over. Now cheating wife does not understand why the pink sheets are more that the polling stations under review. Clearly if you have duplicates you should expect to have more documents than the number of polling stations under review.
The pink sheets are merely supporting documents to back the case being made by the petitioners so if they photocopy two or 10 copies , they would be used as supporting document for a single polling station. The cheating wife has decided she is going to dwell on this and take our attention from the actual case.
The case is rather simple; among other things, the petitioners are out there to prove the elections were not conducted in a manner which ensured the integrity of the outcome cannot be questioned.
It is clear the EC omitted on a significant number of occasions the ballots issued. Without this the EC failed to prove that there was no over voting. Let’s not forget that the elections is the means Ghanaians use to peacefully determine who should rule over us so someone cannot decide that such a safety measure, the ballots issued field on the pink, which is there to ensure votes counted cannot exceed voting papers issued is not critical for determining whether the integrity of the elections are intact.
If you cannot see it then you can only be a cheating wife. Let me equalize by adding cheating husband.

Spoilt ballots can easily be reconciled. if you don't treat them as issued ballots then you have to added them to the remaining unused ballots. However if you treat them as issued, you have to treat them the same as rejecte ...

All these things are facts which can ascertained with ease
