Come to the constituency of Ghana's speaker of paliament, interview the riders and you would perfectly know the problem police have in curbing this okada business. As a result, the police officer in charge of road accident is making COOL NON TAXABLE MONEY. BNI, PIPS and EOCO official should undertake an investigation on the veracity of this claim. THE MAN MAKES 1500 OR MORE per month which goes direct into his pocket.
