  BB, I think there's a significant difference between scathing criticism/ridicule and defamation. You cannot disguise criminal defamation in this case as a mere joke/political satirical comedy to offer entertainment. At best, this allegation being levelled against Mr Michael Wadie is deeply degrading and distasteful. At worst, it is defamatory. For obvious political reasons we, Ghanaians often subject our political leaders and Presidents to all kinds of vile abuse. This attitude should be discouraged!
  
  Do you expect a top NPP politician to indulge in such low-grade unpleasantness degrading the office of the Presidency that the NPP in court for? We should also take into account this also drags the reputation of the NPP into the cesspit. This is not on the same level of a political satire. This has overstepped the boundaries of decency. Under any common law, this is criminal defamation. Be it NPP's Nana Akufo-Addo or NDC's John Mahama, we should respect them and respect the office the Presidency!

  I totally agree with you, but why should the BNI get involved? Is it not a matter for the police? The BNI should be concerned with terrorism, coup d'e tat, piracy on our seas etc, not misdemeanours.

  Kofi, you asked the right question but I believe the lawyers(BNI Cordinatior and the police can determine whose jurisdiction the case fall.

Comments, ideas and concerns can be used to achieve better responses and resolutions .Toch ! the government must maintain GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE to achieve satisfaction,respect and authority.

  Someone has been arrested on allegation that he disrespected the presidency of this nation,why can`t the security Agencies be allowed to do their jobs without linking it with politics?

  You`ve got a point but cases involving Security Agencies that will eventually become legal issues shouldn`t be criticized in the media to hinder their investigations.

The man involved in in the Wikkileaks affair is still taking refuge in a Latin American country Embassy in London, wanted by the British police and CIA. When will people like Kofi Sarpong and B.B.
