  Perhaps, Africa will arise when new generations who will put their country's interest instead of their selfish interest. If you have leaders like NDC party officials governing Ghana and their keen interest is to loot every penny in the state's treasury, then Africa shall rise becomes an empty slogan.
  
  Woyome of NDC just rose up and went to NDC government and told them that, I have finished the project. Just this statement, Woyome was given a check of $51.9Million.NDC party members both foot soldiers and party guru including Ewes don't see anything wrong of this stealing.How can Africa rise with these ethnic segmentation.
  
  Everything in Ghana now is seen on ethnic basis. Africa shall rise, but we have a long way to go.
  
  The danger Africa faces is Chinese looting of Africa's resources. Fortunately for the Chines, they have found most African governments corrupt. And these African officials are collaborating with Chinese to exploit Africa. These government officials who were activists of anti Western imperialism are now sponsoring Chinese imperialism in Africa.
  
  Look at what Chinese are doing in Ghana. Chinese just walk into Ghanaian forest and begin to excavate for gold minerals. The extent of damage to our rivers and agricultural lands are very sad. It looks like Ghana has no leaders. Ask yourself this question: Can Chinese do this to any Asian country? No!
  
  The Chinese are causing all these environmental damage to our forest and rivers because they have bought NDC government officials. Africa has a long way to go. The extent of poverty, government corruption, illiteracy plus Islamic extremism like Boko Haram in Nigeria, Al Queda makes me very pessimistic.

  Haiti has been independent for over 200yrs and Liberia next door for 170yrs yet both are basketcases.Just look at the populace (not the leaders)to have some understanding of whats wrong-its the culture or lack thereof of a work ethic.Ghana and africa as a whole falls into this group too and so do african americans who despite being in a wealthy nation live mostly below poverty line.Its the fight in the dog that matters and not the dog in the fight,so to speak.Thats why you find corruption is rife in Ghana and africa and our streets are filthy since we're indisciplined,don't want to apply ourselves and therefore corruption and trashing our streets becomes "the easy way out".I see this unfortunate trait everywhere in Ghana when i see an unkempt homested,a poorly done roadside kiosk or our filthy mkts and i'm reminded that Ghanaians simply don't want to do the hard stuff .We're simply comfortable with minimal effort and mediocrity yet we somehow expect to reap richly where we've sowed so little.Life doesn't work that way.We have to embrace the ugly fact that to get anywhere in life you have to suffer,you have to be disciplined and there are no shortcuts.Life is a double edged sword where you suffer to earn riches and still suffer if you don't work hard to earn them.In this case i'll go with the former anyday.Therein lies the unpleasant lesson that Ghanaians need to come to terms with.

  It has been long, but I will say well done Africa. Now we have decided to trade among ourselves. We Africans have long way to go but, we can start now.
  Here are some few points to move as forward.
  
  1. Start building small size, medium size and large size factories in the area here high voltage electric line, the reason is we would not waste land in the area where people can build houses and leave safely. High voltage is not good for human health, but it is safe to work there for some hours and go home.
  2. Let invest in our own manufactory company because no country well do it for us.
  3. Get all the Africa scientists together and provide them what they need so they can start building our own machines, cars etc for the next 20 or 30 years.
  4. Stop investing our money in foreign market because it is “419” they bring the market up once and they will take it down twice, the next thing you know you will lose all your money.
  Learn from the Chinese how they did it in 20years. Beware the west do not want to see Africa up. Never turn your back on the Chinese they are there to help us. We can also learn from Iran, see how now they are building up.
