  Your reasoning is not solid. The constitution protects every citizen. The president does not need to assert the presidential privilege so as not to be sued by the pertitioners. It is obvious that, the pertitioners have committed a constitutional blunder by suing a sitting president. The world is watching Nine Judges and our judicial system,ability to interpret the constitution.

  Yes that is why leaders should at all times be mindful of ensuring the truth about the position they hold. If Mahama had impressed upon Afari Gyan to come up with the open approach to the elections this case would not have been to the court. We all saw how Afari Gyan approached this election with some air of being untouchable attitude. How could it be that the refree of an election would send officers from his own camp to meet with a party that is part of the competition? what did they discuss and that did not matter to the other parties? so you see suspicion was created before the whistle was blown is it fair?
