NPP monitoring team failed to penetrate the EC to get to know some pertinent information that might have propped up her case. NPP relied on Dr. Bawumia's academic honours but failed to see that his area of expertise are Mathematics and Economics. WHERE WERE THE FOREIGN VOTES CAST? ZERO IN C3COLUMN OF THE PINK SHEET,according to Dr. Bawumia is OVERVOTING, isn't it? TWO DIFFERENT PINK SHEETS WITH TWO DIFFERENT VOTING FIGURES MEANS OVERVOTING eh? Serial # is very very important, Over-voting, they have seen may. Biometric varification argument is a lie. I hve bee an both agent and presiding officer, I don' remember I signed somehing. I am not NDC support but I must be truthful to my God and man. 100 people registered and voted after counting, they got 102. Is this over-voting or excess, a liar, a big liar. He was the commission itself, and therefore assumed that the political parties would not even dare challenge his word. I am sure this may be the reason why his subordinates who swore the affidavit declined to appear in the witness box, so he should undo the damage himself. whatever way, this experience would sober his attitude to public and work. Had this petition not been allowed, similar and worse elections would be the mark of future elections to come.

OVER VOTING IF TRUE AND PER THE SURFACE OF THE PINK SHEET OCCURED IN NPP'S STRONG HOLD AND FOR THAT MATTER, IF OVER VOTING IS AN IRREGULARITY AND WARRANTS ANNULMENT OF VOTES, THEN NPP'S VOTES WOULD EQUALLY BE SLASHED DOWN.

IT IS AGAINST THIS BACKGROUND THAT AFARI GYAN IS PRAYING THE COURT TO REJECT THE PETITIONERS' CLAIM.

It is on record that a number of publishing houses were used to print the pink sheets. If you request a person to do a print job for you you do not go to tell him or her to tune his or her machine to give different serial numbers, rather than how his machine is tuned.
In the case of ballot papers they were printed in accordance with the identity of the polling station. I am of the view that most of NPP members who have been writing on this election petition have been trowing their ignorance about all the time and are not ready to learn anything.

The commissioner has reviewed the verification machines and compared to the number of ballots for each polling station and says confidently that there was no over voting anywhere in the country. He adds that eventhough about 3.5% of the pink sheets Afari Gyan didn't say anywhere that serial numbers are not important. Please the statement was made in context and does not necessarily apply in other fields. Remember the oldman said and I agree with him, since the case started, I have not heard either the petitioners nor the respondents identify a pink sheet by its serial number; that shows that in the context of our elections, the serial numbers were not important. Is this too difficult to understand? The author rather should be ashamed of himself for misinforming people.
