It is very clear by now that Nana Akua Tweneboah- Koduah is a staunch NDC supporter so she can never say anything good about NPP. She has decided not to see anything good about what NPP is claiming.It does not take a rocket scientist to see through your writings that you have been bribed not to speak the truth. What you are talking about does not make any sense because in a court of law, it is only tangible evidence that counts. How can the EC come to court without any tangible evidence to defend against NPP's allegations.the EC still have absolute control of all the documents from the 2012 elections.Why can't they provide the court with some hard evidence to diffuse NPP's claim.The only reason why they were unable to do so is because what NPP is saying is true.Therefore, the EC doesn't have any documental evidence to dispute the allegations against them.If NPP can acquire almost 12,000 pink sheets to support their case, why can't the EC do the same? Therefore, dear columnist, think thoroughly and fairly, without any prejudice. Think with the future of mother Ghana as your focus and not party affiliations. Have a mind of your own and write honestly about the election petition. Do not allow hatred impair your fair judgment.

Why the judges upheld the objections of Addison to prevent the the respondents from showing that the allegations of malpractices, if real, equally occurred in the strong holds of the NPP strikes me more dead than a great reckoning in a little room, with due apologies to Shakespeare alluding to the death of his rival in poetry and drama, Christopher Marlowe, in a drinking bar over an argument of payment of the drinks. It, however, reminds me of the great saying of President Liman when he said the the judiciary use legal technicalities to becloud common sense and smother the path of justice.
If the SC is looking for the truth in the petition, why are they not allowing the petitioners to show that the petitioners are acting in bad faith by allowing them to show that they concealed the alleged malpractices in their strong holds whilst calling for the cancellation of some others of the first and third respondents? Can they reach a verdict that would be accepted by the majority of Ghanaians except the petitioners when they do not examine all but the few brought by the petitioners.
And is the international community really watching the SC? The SC is surely aware of this and would not fail us.
