So stereotyped belief it is for a man of his education to hold! For a PhD holder to suggest that people who are lunatic come from lunatic families is pitiful! Even if he were suggesting that the "lunatic" in question is probably lunatic bcuz he is a member of the NPP family, he would still have got it wrong!
