The level of tolerance for corruption in Ghana today is mind boggling. We can’t keep on going like that. We will be pushing the self destruct button if we don’t arrest, prosecute, jail, and shame corrupt officials.

Who is not aware that justice in Ghana today is sold to the highest bidder? The sole commissioner investigating judgement debts has had the occasion to lament how the nation’s judiciary was to rob the country of millions of hundreds of millions of dollars through dubious awards of judgement debts against the state. The judiciary that is supposed to be the vanguard of of our democracy has become a partner in crime abusing the trust the nation has reposed in them. Are we supposed to have blind faith in such a corrupt institution of state?
