Yet they wanted us to believe that everything was done correctly to the extend that Ablakwa and co were telling the whole world that the NPP was the guilty one for cancelling contracts, while in actual fact, the evidence pointed to a gargantuan rape of mother Ghana by the NDC administration.   Rawlings is the very center of NDC corruption, having looted money, vehicles, lands and factories belonging to the state. Yet Amidu was hobnobbing with Rawlings as recent as the so-called June 4th Revolution Day, and has in the past profusely praised Rawlings. We trust can't trust such a person entirely.

Does a contract still remain a contract even if not ratified by parliament? Does every state contract need to be ratified?
