On the substantive issues you raised in the article, I do agree with you that the judges lost control of their own court from day one. They failed to restraint and contain Tsatsu in the course of his long and ziz-zag cross examination even when he openly misconducted himself. They are therefore are finding it difficult to do same to Addison. No wonder Addison had the audacity to remind them of far serious misconducts that were entertained by the court. In my candid opinion, ATUGBA should have recused himself from presiding over the case. As you rightly mentioned the petitioner strategically protested against him mainly to expose him. As it stands now, as carefu as he has been this far, every judgement and directives he gives could easily be prejudiced by the petitioners.

Every human being falls sick at some point in time so stop linking the man's quest to ensure he is in good shape to this useless case by Kpegah.
And why this infatuation with degrees? Do you always need a degree to be good at what you do? this is the African problem. We witness graduates being churned out day in and day out on the African continent, especially in Ghana, without the relevant skills to succeed in their fields of endeavour. It is not true that " they have not adduced any convincing evidence to support their allegations ". In fact if as shown that hundreds of pink sheets are not signed by presiding officers ; large number of voters are not verified by Verification Machines; large number of votes(241,000) are added "in error"and duplication occurs at the registry it is hard to accept the argument that such evidences are not convincing to support their allegations. In fact the panel under Atuguba is trying hard to block request to produce truth finding evidence. And that is why the entire observing public, not only NPP is arguing that if it is a truth seeking panel why are they blocking the request to produce the evidence. After all the witness personally agrees to do so. What is there to hide ?

Both Dr Bokor and Professor Asare are entitled to their views. We should all not forget that we should continue to have a country called Ghana after the petition.

It must, however, be frustrating for the Petitioners that Justice Atuguba appears to be helping Dr Afari-Gyan to evade questions. There was one particular question on registration of minors that Addison had cornered Afari-Gyan and here was Justice Atuguba providing a way out. I would have made the points that Prof. Asare made but not in the strong terms that he chose to do it. I would have masked the language but got the same points across.

Both sides are under pressure and a little blow out from time to time should be allowed. In this vein, I fault neither Bokor or Asare.

If the SC were to throw about contempt, I am sure Bokor would not have escaped from previous articles.

What was the point for him to say Dr. Afari Gyan`s explanation was a "covenient" one, when if you followed his testimony,and the so-called 'evidence' on the pink sheet that was the only conclusion one come reach. And I am glad lawyer Quarshie Idun was bold enough to take Boffoe Bonnie on and SHUT him up! In any event,was Addison not fighting against his own allies on the bench with some of the ridiculous and 'infantile' positions he was advancing in court, viz seeking to cross-examine a winess about a CI which had been repealed? It is other judges who usually query the respondents lawyers. we all have eyes and ears watching and listening attentively cos we are yet to trust the full compliment of the judges. and that will 100% depend on the verdict. but for now i believe and hope all Ghanaians are with me, that by the end of the case NANA Addo will be president.

He says NPP are oneside minded what about him.His article clearly shows where he also stand.We all witness inrelevent questions impose by three respondents lawyer to NPP's star witness Dr Bawumia and nothing was said about it from the bench.Also when the pink shit matter arise the court could not used it's powers to force mr Tsikata to count the number of he has been served by the petitioners.Clearly anyone who is viewing this petition case with objective mind could see that Atuguba has been harshed on mr Adisson.
