Before I reply you I am sorry to tell you that you are a big fool full up with typical Asanti negative mentality , for your information Ghana is multi-ethnic, is a fact; so every Ghanaian citizen has equal rights regardless of, religion, tribe or political belief. Once we all respects these tenets, there will always be harmony peace and mutual trust. Unfortunate Asantis since pre-independence days till date believe they are a more superior breed than others and therefore have the divine right to govern and treat others as second rate citizens. This is the problem, and even more dangerous; when it takes a national character when there is the perception that a group of politicians from one tribe have an agenda to institutionalize this "ideology" covertly or overtly in our governance and politics. The tone was set for tribalism and ethnocentric; when we heard the statements like "taken our land" in Akan after NPP won election. Further government actions which time may not permit to enumerate flowed with certain groups or tribes blacklisted, were either kicked out of jobs or were completely excluded from any opportunity. We also saw a sudden attempt to marginalize and oppress minority tribe interest. We saw the akananization of airwaves, and strong sentiments being expressed, a particular language as National language etc. Without going further, my position is that, it would serve this Nation a lot of good if every Ghanaian respects each other regardless of where he/she comes from and stop this nonsense about some people thinking they are more superior than others.

Addison started this whole trial being the most cool, patient, and ethical lawyer in court. We all saw Tsatsu's wasteful 13-days cross examination of one witness (he broke a world record). We saw his disrespectful attitude to the bench but no judge raised a finger. Now Addison is being frustrated by three lawyers who have teamed up with Afari Gyan to deny receiving pertinent pink sheets. All the judges need to do is to ask the respondents to declare what they have. But the judges are treating the respondents as saints. All I can say is that they shouldn't pull a fast one on Ghanaians if they aren't ready for a civil war!

I think NDC has about 20 mps more than the NPP but is it not strange that when you add up the numbers, more people voted for the NPP than the NDC. In other words NPP won the popular vote. I know some people voted 'skirt and blouse' but it is highly unlikely that over 500 000 will vote NPP in the parliamentary election and then vote against their presidential candidate. The difference of votes between Mahama's total vote count and the total vote count of NDC mps is very strange indeed. Clearly Mahama's vote count has been padded the answer can be found on the face of the pink sheets.

This argument about President Mahama getting over 400,000 votes more than his MPs doesn't make sense to anybody who can read between the lines except the frustrated fanatics of NPP. In over 10 ten constituencies Mahama won the presidential vote but his MP lost the parliamentary votes, few examples will suffice here, Ahafo Ano North, Wenchi,Nkoranza north, etc, etc.In over 4 constutuencies alone, Mahama got over 100,000 votes more than his MPs due to the fact that some NDC supporters stood as independents and split the votes the NDC candidate would have won. These Constutuencies are, Tamale North, KEEA, Akan and Nkwanta South. So what is this nonse about Nana Addo getting only 30 votes more than his Paliamentary candidated and Mahama getting over 400,000 votes. The answer is simple, Mahama was more popular than anybody who stood for elections in 2012 in Ghana. Sore losers

Any objective observer will tell you that the judges have NOT been fair to Addison. Even Tsikata, a fellow counsel told Addison (in the PRESENCE OF THE JUDGES) to SHUT UP with impunity. Hello!! where were the judges? On break?

Second, in the presence of this honorable bench, Tony Lithur threw away a document tendered in by Addison. Addison had to call the attention of the bench to that tantrum before Judge Agutuba forced some jokes out of it. That misbehaviour deserved proper application of the judges' power other than a joke!!

Addison was RIGHT to let the judges know how he sees them. Any good observer will confirm that any jokes ever pulled by Agutuba on this case,-and there are lot of them- derived from something Lawyer Addison or Dr. Bawumia said, and that couldn't be a coincident!!

When Agutuba "felt" that Dr. Bawumia was not "answering" a question posed to him by Tsikata in an "appreciable" manner, this judge said "Dr Bawumia, you're a DOCTOR, you're very intelligent, help us to..." On the other hand when Dr. Afari Gyan answered addison's question by saying "I'm not a lawyer" even though that question was not meant to find out if Afari Gyan was a lawyer, the judges let it pass, even though that answer was plain SARCACISM.

All the lawyers of the respondents have formed a TEAM against Addison and running the court while the judges look on and picking on Addison. If anybody, like the writer of this article, accuse Addison of being arrogant, I say you don't know what arrogance means, what Addison is doing is being ASSERTIVE. What makes anybody think that judges are right because they're judges? By all means repriamind Addison if need be, but the same MUST equally be applied to the opposing TEAM in similar instance!! We're observing critically and we'll appreciate FAIRNESS when we see one!!!

I have observed that Justice Atuguba is openly scornful of Mr Addison and sometimes he behaves like the fourth respondent. Justice Atuguba has no manners and does not behave like a supreme court judge and for me Mr Addison has been very civil towards him. The way Justice Atuguba addresses Mr Addison is annoying; he calls his name out without the necessary title; "Addison, Addison", what a cheek! Justice Atuguba is paid by the tax payer and we expect some decorous behaviour from him.
