    You message is very interesting. Your passion well noted but we have institutions that can correct the anomalies you rightly put forward. So why not take the fight with them to be up and doing their duty?

    The article is very good but it's not perfect. Our job is not to puncture holes in it which course will avail us nothing but to take the good in it and use it for our dvelopment purposes.
