A powerful vocabulary maximises your powers of persuasion, transforms your negotiating skills and builds your self confidence.It facilitates your understanding of the most erudite books,magazines and newspapers. There are more advantages of having a copious vocabulary.
Dont pull him down because you don't have what he has. He studied hard for it and the least you can do if you're so handicapped is to admire and appreciate him.A powerful vocabulary like Kwame's energizes your thinking and transforms your powers of expression, enabling you to articulate your most complex thoughts and ideas in speech and in writing.
The downside of having such a powerful arsenal of words in a place like Ghana where english is a second language is you can be misunderstood and mistaken for a proud and arrogant person.Kwame has an english teaching job at the Nassau Community College because his employers understand in no uncertain terms his deep understanding of the english language and his ability to impart his knowledge to his students. Dont envy. Admire and appreciate.
