Your own family will be the one that will cause your downfall. You will go home to find your brother marrying 2 wives with 4 concubines as a result of the project you have entrusted into his hands. The Ghanaian is just another breed of the black race that can't see anything beyond his nose. We are consumed with "dee ene ye bedi" and not "adidi daa;" to wit, we lack foresight or long-term planning or we only live for today. We are no different from our clueless, heartless and wicked leaders.
When you are ready for any plans, you take sabbatical leave and spend a year there to do your own thing. If not forget it. No company or firm can help.

When I visit I will continue it.

I went back to Ghana to find my project boarded up with plywood, couldn't locate the people, nor their offices and none of their listed phone numbers in their brochure in Holland, USA, Italy, UK, and Ghana worked. Ghana folks, wisen up and don't fall for this scam.They'll take your money, and do a runner. It's a dog eat dog's world out there. The ones you like to think are trustworthy are the ones that lie to you the most, and don't trust any receipts they show you.

The Indians have done this and they are in a better position to something better back in the country using the profit of their investment. In the UK, they are Landlords, owners of taxi, shops restaurants etc.
Poverty and greed in Ghana can make even a good family member do a runner once money lands in their hands.
As a starting point, you can get a mortgage instead of paying rent.

For starters, it is only the national government who has money to buy any item/supplies/materials in enough quantities to be worth the while of a business setup in Ghana by investors from the Diaspora (from FDI to Ghanaians in the Diaspora). Investors from the Diaspora are not investing large sums of money because they want to wait over 24months to see ROI, they want some returns now. Most of the people in the Diaspora who bring cars into Ghana for sale do not want just $1000 profit, most want anywhere from $5000 to $20000 profit just on the sale of one (1) vehicle. Why do they want this much profit in a short time? Because they know there are suckers born every minute in Ghana who do not work for their money through sweat, hard work and tears but through stealing and political party connections. Those in the Diaspora earning a living want to make some of the easy money too.
Every rich person in Ghana got their money through the government of Ghana. It comes either by connections or through contracts where they end up providing inferior quality products, poor services and or poor or sub-par workmanship to the government for over inflated pricing scheme arranged by their friends in high places. You can see examples at the NYEP (now GYEEDA) with the purchase of ID printing badge system, you can see at the Land Commission with the purchase of their Laserfiche document scanning setup over there and you can see it at the Registrar Generals offices with their poorly installed security CCTV cameras. There are no wise men and or wise women in Ghana; there are only thieves, selfish and ungrateful hypocrites masquerading as care takers of Ghana’s hard earned money at the finance and treasury. Ghana has become a beggar nation because we have never liked people with brains; when people with some intelligence in some areas do tell Ghanaians what little advice they can give we call them "too known".
