Mahama has appointed oye Lithur as his minister. Oye lithur is a wife to Mr. Lithur.
Lithur is the one that helped Waterville to steal money from Ghana.
The SC wants waterville to pay back the money they stole from Ghana.
So how will Mahama, our chief law enforcer get the money from his lawyer's people- waterville, knowing well that his minister is a wife to his defense lawyer who also is lawyer to the company that stole from Ghana.
Do you see how the whole plot thickens?

JDM can use his 'POWER' to turn things around just as the most hihgh thief, Kuffuor Agyekumfuor Kronfuor did in the Tsatsu Tsikata's case.
Mind you, JDM is for real and has allowed justice to prevail, distinguishing himself from the armed robber, ex-president thief Kuffuor.

The law recognizes that every person is innocent until prove guilty. But the law is technical--so the accused need an advocate.
Stop politicizing the work of lawyers.

Even the most horrific murderer caught in the act deserves a lawyer. It's an essential part of the western system of justice that Ghana inherited from the British. Justice must not only be done, it must be seen to be done. Even the patently guilty must be given every fair chance to defend herself. Even guilty lawyers need other lawyers to help them prepare their briefs and defend them.
Akua Bonsu is NPP writer who sees nothing wrong with the party and its former presidential candidate but sees everything wrong with NDC, Rawlings and ALL Ewes!!! If you're a neutral, you read her with the same skepticism that you read Adofo Rockson, Okoampa, Akadu, Margaret Jackson, Akua Tweneboa, and even Borkor. As for Kofi Ata, he has, of late been trying hard to be neutral, but he tries so hard that he doesn't convincing.
The thing is that, there's no need to be neutral. It's not even helpful to be neutral. You can be partial but you need to be intelligent about your partiality. You neef to adduce cogent arguments for the part you take, to be convincing. That is not an easy task but one that must be done well.

The bartender says, "But what about that wooden leg? You didn't have that before."
"Well," says the pirate, "We were in a battle on the River with the Andanis and Abudu's and i fell into the river and the crocodiles bit my leg but the surgeon fixed me up, and I'm fine, really."
"Yeah," says the bartender, "But what about that hook? Last time I saw you, you had both hands."
"Well," says the pirate, "We were in another battle between the people of Hohoe and the Muslims we boarded the enemy ship. I was in a sword fight and my hand was cut off but the surgeon fixed me up with this hook, and I feel great, really."
"Oh," says the bartender, "What about that eye patch? Last time you were in here you had both eyes."
"Well," says the pirate, "One day when we were at sea, some Wild Guinea fowls were flying over the ship. I looked up, and one of them shat in my eye."
"So?" replied the bartender, "what happened? You couldn't have lost an eye just from some Guinea fowl shit!
""Well," says the pirate, "I really wasn't used to the hook yet."

Lithur is also the lawyer of Ibraham Mahama who owes $38million or thereabouts to Merchant Bank and also owes money to other banks. He is getting away with it. Ibrahim is apparently more or less the deputy President, making many decisions in Government. How can Ibrahim owe so much and be allowed to get away with it? The NDC party should stop the rot in Government and the party. But why should they? Both NDC and NPP are rotten to the core. God knows how Ghana is going to turn out, same as San Domingo, first black sovereign nation in 1802. San Domingo became Haiti and they have gotten nowhere and are still saying their equivalent of Ebe Yie.

The two are not so similar. Don't be naive in your analysis. With the fist case, the money was taken without the awareness of the masses, though with concern of some authorities. As far as the 2nd case is concerned, the NPP claimed they had been robbed of victory but did not block the inauguration of the person they claimed the verdict had been stolen for. The NPP and the whole Ghana watched as the inauguration took place. So the NPP watched the train move, left it to move, and then decided to run after it. Does that make wisdom?
