    The CHRAJ had personnel around the country
    Observing to make sure that people's rights were respected.It issued a report affirming that was so.So what's your beef?

    John, the report was released at the time it was written. Ghanaweb is just highlighting it now. That has nothing to do with CHRAJ.

    It is not CHRAJ or The EC who made Mahama president. It is the people of Ghana who him president. If you have a problem with that, come face the people

    Looks like the preliminary report was made available to the public, at least via CHRAJ website, second week of December, 12th, 2012, via text report pasted on the CHRAJ website.
