We need serious education in the Northern Regions on this matter, this should be in the form of drama, audio/radio discussions.I appreciate the researcher stands, but he needs lot of support in form of cooperation from all. The police become toothless in such matters, as the alleged witch may have to return to the community, where his life can be anyone guess. This is the 21st century. I think the chiefs must be encouraged to play active part instead of being passive. Please this is a serious menace to the development of the regions. I will say we have much 200years backward. I know there is hardly any employment for the youth in the villages after the farming season, and the devil always has something for the ideal hands. Even though l call for the youth to be engaged , it is NOT ACCEPTABLE to brand an oldwoman/anybody a witch. These people need first aid psychological and cognitive restructuring. ALL hands on deck.

When Lusifier was descended from heaven to the earth, its spiritual possession some entered into rocks, mountains, rivers and some humans to do what it wants. Therefore what can be done is for the government to take charge of all the witch camps and question these accused individuals how to use their devil/good powers to do things that are beneficial to mankind as whites have been doing by making aeroplanes, cars, ships etc instead of killing humans.

This particular story is stated people are refusing to access medical care when sick, and when the sick person mentions someones name, in their desperation for live, then it is that name that killed them.
What about the Muslims who mention the name of ALLAH before they die, others mention their mother, father or their be loved once. Have a think of all these, and not let us be selective. you can benefit from cognitive restructuring.

Our traditinal misconception of witchcraft and the way spiritual matters, in general, are handled in our societies constitutes some of the cunning ways Satan continues to deceive many. Indeed! Satan deceives the entire inhabited earth(See Rev).
Satan steals an obvious Truth and hybridises it with falsehood and that is deception.
When Satan used the snake as a mouth piece to deceive Eve, the enemy did not deny the existence of God(an obvious Truth). Satan cunningly combined this obvious Truth with falsehood to deceive Eve, and for that matter Adam.
I encouarge everyone to spend time to study the WORD of God and build himself/herself up in prayers, because it is your defence against all falsehood.
Never go to a shrine, for demons are behind all such. Do not be carried away even if they tell you a 'Truth' in the spirit. Satan's main aim is to accuse someone in the family.
A demon can indwell in a person, often unknowingly, and be responsible for diabolical acts.
Ancestral spirit worship and idolatry practised and exercised in the family as well as other sins (sexual immoral) open the door for demons to evade in the family.
When such demons are provoked under the power of the Holy Spirit, the person manifests, and the demon in the person utters unspecable things.
The main important thing is that when the demon is cast out the individual is set free.
Christians would like to belief that they cannnot be demons possessed, but that is an erroneous thinking.
The only difference is that a warrior in Christ who lives a disciplined lifestyle can resist the enemy from having an influence in him/her, infact the enemy may eventually flee, looking for an opportune time to come back again.
I must emphasise that there is a difference between an afflication and possesion.
In anycase, our Lord Jesus Christ warned that we sin no more(conscious and habitual sins).
However, the demonic manifestations I would like to dwell on are the kinds due to the fact that idol worship has been part of the family line, giving the enemy a legal right to exercise some sort of authority.
Self deliverance is denouncing them and doing away with objects assocaited with them, and pleading on the blood of Jesus Christ to wash and cleanse you and make you whole. Your cond´fessions are your posessions.
Demon possed are different from witchcraft. The person (Fetish Priest/Priestess) is the one involved in the willful disobedinece to God, by invoking the names of idols, offering sacrifices etc., all contrary to the WORD of God(EX 23:13, 1st Chron 16:26, 1st Corinth 10:20). They are the witchcraft/wizards the Scriptures talks about.
When you send a suspect to the shrine, you are acting in league with Satan. A person may maifest, but she/he cannot be set free in a shrine,no matter how 'good' the results may seem, because only the Son of God sets free.
The idol of the shrine would point an accusing finger to the individual, even though the person is a victim of an idol once worshipped in the family. Yes! an idol cannot expose another idol, because a kingdom divided cannot stand!
Do not make a mistake of labelling someone as witch because of this or that. You are to examine yourself, as an individual and make sure you have receive Christ and been baptised!
It is then that you can commit yourself to the study of the WORD and live for HIM.

The idea of magic as a force of intervention in an otherwise uncertain world is deeply seductive, and all the more so when people are in desperate situations and are poorly educated. It is dangerous though; the magic may be fake but the evil that seems to emerge from the belief in it is not.
