  Generally speaking we should revamp our educational system. Let's take a more detailed look at our educational system at all levels and see how we can produce the qualified human resource we will need to industrialize and modernize the ghanaian society. There has to be vibrant education policy. We may have to borrow some pages from the US system especially their continuous education system for speciliazed fields.The old mass education concept is good for those without any formal education. We cannot develop and progress as a nation with a high illiteracy rate. The government must make huge investments in education now and we'll reap the rewards later.
