Mr Newton-Offei, you did not only provide the background to the examples of the various laws named after individuals but the contents of such laws. Unfortunately, I did not get the content of what an "Awuku Law" will be, particularly when you alluded to the fact that Awuku's experience is not what is expected in a democratic society.

Again, I know that the judiciary do not make primary legislation but rather interpret them and in so doing make secondary legislation (case laws). Primary legislation is the duty of the Legislature, so how do you expect the nine Supreme Court Justices to make the "Awuku Law" through their ruling?
