1. I meant "one sided analyses" and I wrote exactly that. All these writer's analyses (several of them) are one sided! I was not referring to only one one-sided analyses but several.

2. I meant to say "seeing no evil" but I slipped and wrote "seing". It's not a mistake of not knowing but a slip.

3. Another ocassion of making a slip!!'

4. Yes, you can start a sentence with "and". In a conversational mode of writing, it is done all the time even by the very best authors. It is even creeping into formal writing.

Please go back and read the Pleadings by the NPP and also the Affidavit by Bawumia and you will find that one out of the four reliefs sought by NPP was for the re-run of the Presidential elections.

You also wrote: "There has never been a situation that one party has seized electoral materials and done their own phony calculations and demanded that a certain number of votes should be thrown away to make one person the president at all cost."

Kodua: It is your OPINION that NPP SEIZED Electoral material but the FACT is all Political Parties that had candidates standing for the Presidential Election, were given copies of all the Pink Sheets. We live in a free world so you are entitled to your warped opinions but remember that FACTS are FACTS and you are not entitled to your own facts.

One more thing you wrote was. "Very strangely the NPP is talking about the re-run of only the Presidential polls which they claim is tainted and leaving intact the Parliamentary election."

There is nothing strange in what the NPP is doing now because they made it clear that they have several irregularities in the Parliamentary elections but chose to tackle the Presidential case because it would be hard to fight two wars at the same time.

Kodua, if you really care to know FACTS do a search on Ketu South and you will find the following:
2010 Census - population of Ketu South was about 140,000
People registered for the 2012 elections was about 120,000
People who voted for Mahama was about 88,000.

Please continue with your search for votes for the NDC parliamentary candidate in Ketu South. Compare all the figures with the 2000 Census and the voting figures for the 2008 Presidential and Parliamentary elections in Ketu South. And you can extend you work by choosing any constituency in Western Region, North or Ashanti.

Jesus, the Christ me. What Akwasi Onipanua and his ilk should know is that some of us smart Akans will never, never, ever belong to a party like the NPP that preaches tribe and violence. Come inside the NDC. Even though there are many more Ewes, Gas, Northerners in the NDC, they look upon us the Akans or Twi people as their Comrades and Brothers and Sisters. There is real love and hospitality in the NDC, and that is why some many of us Akans feel at home in the NDC. I have also observed that you are not a lawyer and that you are law illiterate. It shows by what you have written here. Remember that an opposing party's supporter can also come up with his/her own opinion like yours that favors them like you have. THERE ARE TWO SIDES TO EVERY STORY. Do not forget that the Supreme Court has set the argument to decide on. And that is, WERE THERE ANY VIOLATIONS AND IRREGULARITIES? If so, DID THEY AFFECT THE OUTCOME OF THE ELECTIONS? Evidence has been presented by both sides and those who understand the law (like the EIU) are commenting based on their understanding of the evidence and the law. Remember that EIU made their earlier observation without any evidence presented. I am sure you also celebrated when that EIU's earlier report came out. Now, you obviously is not happy simply because that is not what you expect to hear. It is also clear that you view the evidence presented as bogus, even though you do not understand the law.
