How does the NPP arrive at a conclusion as to the legitimacy of their four complaints, when this very issue is being contested in court.

At best their views on whether mistakes on the 'pink sheets' are violations and irregularities are speculative and they should wait for the court to pronounce otherwise.
If the verdict is that these are indeed irregularities and violations, does the law allow for remedy in annulment?
The only election reform out of this matter is for the stakeholders to check that the original Statement of Poll and attendant Declaration of Results are filled out in a conscientious manner.
The law only recognises the validity of the Declaration of Results(bottom half of the pink sheets)

So, what is the use of pink sheet in an election of this nature? Why did the EC spent the taxpayers' money in the acquisition of pink sheets, Bokor? Did the EC Chairman declare the election based on ballot papers on pink sheet? I think Bokor needs to examine his mind, for, he would soon strip himself naked to join the numerous lulantics on earth.
