At the meeting it was made clear he could not delay on the basis of unproven allegations and that when ready the complainantts could rightfully seek redress in the courts after the announcement, as by law provided.What did Afari Djan do wrong? Refuse to be intimidated is doing wrong? Then he should continue doing that 'wrong' for the sake of Ghana and not a misguided few! If you read his demeanour in court as being subdued that is your problem not his!!!AND BY THE WAY,Learn to count your blessings!

Have they proven electoral fraud? They are not even arguing electoral fraud but irregularities which do not include the pink sheets of Asokwa and others from their strong hold. Afari Gyan dared them to go to court to prove electoral fraud. That is exactly what they have not been able to do. Asking for 4 million votes to be annulled so Akuffo Addo is declared President? Dream on.

In the witness box, he defines "over vote" by his invented classical definition in an attempt to second Johnson Asiedu Nketiah's. He defines it as, "When the ballots in the ballot box are found to exceed the number of registered voters for that polling station as on the voter's register" What a contrast between both definitions and a huge deviation from the truth?

Dr Afari Gyan again lies about "verification" as pertained before and during Election 2012. Before the election, he was widely recorded on tape and heard in public saying, "NVNV. If I say NVNV, I mean No Verification No Vote. If I say verification I mean biometrically. The results of any polling station where people are found to have voted without going through biometric verification will be cancelled"."

Rockosn, are these recordings not ava ailable to Lawyer Addison? Why hasn't he played them in court to Afari-Gyan like he did to the disgraced Aisedu-Nkasee? Why hasn't he called him dishonest as Tsatsu did to Dr Bawumia without just cause? Are you going to make this write-up avaiable to the petitioners' legal team?
