I have a simple question for the writer. Why do you fill out a Withdrawal or Deposit form when you go the bank? They are filled for a purpose. Without having the receipt for your withdrawal or deposit as evidence,a teller can tell you that you didn't deposit any money. If you deposit a certain amount of money and the receipt says something else, won't you point it out to the teller?

The supreme court did not want to recount the ballot papers. What is so hard for you as a Dr. to understand this simple instructions. They wanted to ascertain if any elections rules were broken which resulted in any cheat and if there was, did it affect the results of the election? Now what is your problem? For your information, if the need arises for a ballot count, it would be done. Fool.

I think the writer has made a good point.If there could be a re-visit to previous elections to check on the pinks sheets to see if such problems did occur and to what extent did it occur it will also help the judges in their final descision.
But on the other side if there were real fraud during the elections I don't think the political agents will just sit unconcerned and let things go wrong. Anyway last elections I was not around as usual to just make my own non-political observations across my locality.

I will appeal that for the sake of peace, let us all give the judges the chance do do a good job. Though we can't wait to see the end of it, I pray God will give the judges wisdom and knowledge so that this issue will not wreak havoc in our country.
Let us be thanksful for such a country God has given and not creat a state of unrest for ourselves.
May God help us and may any blood thirsty demons be curse in Jesus name.

In legal circles his argument is porous. The writer is failing to acknowledge that it is time the electoral commission is put under scrutiny. When one Amu was dissatisfied with the outcome of a parliamentary elections which he was a candidate, he went to the Supreme Court and won his case. Why did that man take that important step. It's because he believed he had a strong case. I think the writer will spare us his grammar for us to focus on the outcome of the case. Beside, he is not privy to all the evidence before the honorable judges.

The pinksheet reflects the decisions that voters made and the election results should reflect these decisions. It is just like what we do in quantitative research we usually express our ideas in the form of a questionnaire so that if the questionnaire is poorly designed or respondents provide wrong information then you have garbage and therefore cannot do any meaningful analysis to address your research question
