Most of these govts were led by people who didnt belong to the majority but rather minority tribes and very marginal political clans . starting with nkrumah who is praised to high heaven but this same oligarchy , he st in motion a climate of fierce political antagonism whereby moderate minds of a liberal persuasion had no business in participating as only the radicals could stand the heat .The MOTIVE , be able to spend without consensus or agreement the wealth of the nation ie in today's jargon chop Ghana money some . The fact that some countries do not have or have but hardly apply contempt against courts laws does not mean Ghana should not apply the law on its statute books too. Even moreso claiming that such a convention of non-application should be used in our pertinent case too. Those countries have reached a level of restraint on their citizens that abuses against judges are not considered as threats against the administration of justice and a threat to public order. Yes, their citizens don't take up cutlasses and guns to start hacking down and shooting opponents in election disputes, as we found in Africa.

Of course, some of you have been cheering up those who go on even TV and call for the killing of others, so your mindset is tuned to murder and genocide already and so abuse of judges and calls to defy them are nothing to you. Child play.

The state of rampant lawlessness by Ghanaians must be curbed! The Circus Masters were right to crack the whip on those misbehaving animals and any others in the ongoing circus in Ghana.

I completely disagree with you. Don't forget that the SC had already repeatedly cautioned counsels for both parties as well as the general public to refrain from making provocative comments that could bring the court into disrepute.

Something had to be done to discourage people from completely trashing the integrity of these men and women who have been entrusted with the unenviable task of taking a decision that would ultimately determine the fate of a whole nation.

Delving into legal technicalities and alluding to Western laws like some of you have been doing cannot in any way advance the cause of the SC and Ghanaians for that matter. Instead of trying to create more obstacles for the SC, why can't we all just be patient, have confidence in the panel and wait for their final decision?

NPP has realized that they cannot win the election petition they've brought before the court. The best strategy for them is to impugn the credibility of the Supreme Court before they hand down their ruling. By reacting to NPP baiting, the Supreme Court panel would be playing into their hands.
The Court should rapidly conclude the hearings and hand down their ruling, while ignoring the effusions of fools like Sir John.

The ruling on the Kennedy Agyapong matter of calling for the annihilation of Ewhes and Ghas and let by the courts to walk free has already make a laughing stock of our courts. The ruling by the Circuit Court that states categorically that the freedom of on Akan is wealth the life of millions of Ewhes and Ghas means to state that there is an animal farm in the judicial system in Ghana. To wit Akans are more humans than other tribes in Ghana.
We are again appealing to the International Criminal Court to take up this matter since the courts in Ghana said one tribe is more human than the other and has the right to take the life of another tribe without any provocation.
