You fast for nothing. Don't we see you people fighting and destroying during Ramadan? Some even fast during ther day and go to prostitutes during the night. Hypocrites.

Assalamu Alaykum. Ramadan would actually begin on Wednesday, July 10th, 2013 according to the moon phases. The calendars are not always accurate. Fasting begins at Fajr (Dawn) and ends at Maghrib (Sunset). This means that you are able to eat between Sunset and Dawn.
The difference between the groups can never be avoided,all the Immams,sheiks differ in their Ibaada. Voilence should avoided. In every group there are sub-groups. We need education. the writer is right in pointing out those problems which alwayse emerges during ramadan and this is mostly seen in the Northern part of the country especially TAMALE and its environs.
