This is how Ghana has become. SC judges sitting on their sorry arses receiving newspapers and tapes from party activists and using them to charge other citizens. Don't forget, Boahen was nearly incarcerated without due process by the judges.

So after learning their mistakes from that case which Asare was trying hard for some people to understand, Atuguba, the SC judge are now going to study the Newspapers and Tapes and think of what they will do.

But for Christ's sake, here we have Atuguba saying - "we have heard that..." and "we have received.." MY GRACIOUS LORD- A supreme Court judge, saying that he has heard that someone has said something and he has received a tape and he is going to listen to and make a judgement on that? And yet, educated people can't see anything wrong with that.

Do you see how we are retrogressing as a Nation. When you point out this stupidity emanating from the court, people come here insulting you without using their God's given brains to analyze the whole issue. How on earth a Supreme Court sitting on such important cases will come be bothered about what people are saying about him?

And not only that, have we realized that Sir John was speaking on a case that had already been judged or discharged...does that mean, we can't even talk about cases even after the verdict? I am not a fan of that loud-mouth Sir John, but based on what has already reported, he was commenting on Ken's case and not that of the petitioners' case.

So are you surprised that Borkor and his ilk are happy that Atuguba is doing their bidding? No. What is this warning different from what Kwabena Adjei said about the Judiciary. Did they not support their Chairman - Kwabena Adjei - when he warned the Supreme Court Judges that they will start cleaning the judiciary:

‘‘People in the judiciary can make a very good case look very bad. If the judiciary is biased, if the judiciary has made its mind in one direction, not even Jesus Christ who was appointed as the Attorney General(sic) can change things. We will clean it if they don’t take steps to clean it. We will clean it and let everybody everywhere blame us for interfering in the judiciary and we will take them on. … at the right time, you will see how we clean it. There are many ways to kill a cat’’. - Dr. Kwabena Adjei, NDC Chairman.

I am a very diehard NPP supporter and have gone far to borrowed money to attend all their rallies,and finally voted for them since former president Kufour´t first time in office till this day,even though I did not like the candidature of Akufo Addo, for obvious reasons, which we are witnessing right now in the history of the NPP. I have not gotten anything for all the money and energy wasted but I still continue to support the party.Unfortunately, recent events before and after the elections has demonstrated enough for me to know what exactly is behind this party called the NPP.

Have we for once taken into account the security of this country we are fighting to govern? Have we for once taken into account the people we want to govern? Are we very fair to Ghanaians by our pronouncements against Ghanaians and in particular the judges hearing the case we brought before them? I am ashamed and have seriously regreted ever voting for this party.I am hundred percent i agreement with the court to punish this man sir John with all the punishments under the offence he has committed.Ghana is far far bigger than any political party and any single individual.Just yesterday, there was a report that, the case at the court is having a serious economic impact on growth.What are we telling Ghanaians? For how long should we contoinue to fool those of us who can not read and write? Where are the evidence before the court with which Akufo Addo would be made president?

This guy has become somethig extra ordinary within the party and wouldn´t allow sensible people to talk! He calls himself a lawyer but knows nothing about what is taking place at the court.It may interest people to know that this man Sir John has contributed so much to the failure of the NPP to win the 2012 elections which we are contesting in court.It is not too late to withdraw this diabolical and bogus case for the court.By this the party NPP may be redeemed.As it stands now, there is no leader and that is why things like this sir John can just get up and spit rubbish.Enough is enough.This man should be punished and punished! According to Kwadwo Owusu Afriyie, the NPP General Secretary,s word to myjoyonline implies that he is not or known as “Sir John“ and therefore, if the Supreme Court/ anybody thought otherwise may be wrong. And i think on the basis of this, he may be right unless there is any legal evidence to prove to that. And this is where the case between Justice Kpegah and Nana Akufo Addo comes to mind. Because truelly, on the face of all these issues, WAD Akufo Addo and Nana Addo Dankwah Akufo Addo are two (2) seperate names belonging to two (2) different indivifuals. If, “Sir John“ wants to hide behind technicalities, the Supreme Court has the power to call his bluff by inviting the host of the programme on which he made those comments. Other technical and voice recognition experts could be brought in to unravel his lies. Then, we would be able to see “WHO IS WHO“.
