Without a shadow of a doubt, the Electoral Commissioner is fairer than the Christian Council of Ghana. Since 1992, the Electoral Commissioner has rendered dedicated service to Ghana. In-spite the challengers, the EC has been improving elections after elections.If the EC states that the 2012 elections is the best of all the elections; I totally agree with him. There is no elections that is devoid of errors in the whole world. Non of the political parties in Ghana can point a finger at the Electoral Commissioner for being bias. Ghanaians should learn to appreciate what they have.

The entire leadership of the electoral commission should be reshuffled because it wasn't only Dr Gyan who stole the verdict for Mahama but all those in authority at the commission.

No employee of the Ghana Electoral Commission has come out to show and state the amount used by anybody to bribe him to manufacture figures for any of the contestants of the 2012 Presidential Elections.
The NPP initially stated that it lost its horn by stating that the EC stole Nana Akuffo Addo's votes for John Dramani Mahama. NPP has already retracted that illusion and has stated in court that it does not have horns, thus can not be dehorned.
Sometime ago George Bush the former U.S. president accused Iraq and her president Saddam Hussein of growing tails like the Bible wrote about a former Emperor of Babylon. Thousand of people both Iraqis and Americans have dead because of that lie. The Bible has not told us that it told many lies about the Emperor of Babylon but George Bush has stated categorically that Iraqis and their president do not grow tails.
It has already been proved in the court that Nana Akuffo Addo and NPP are human beings and are made up of human beings, that human beings do not grow horns or have tails.

So what are we taling about here? what did the NPP expect from the respondents? That they would be antagonistic to each other in court to please the NPP? This laughable. You buy one and get three free. That is the result. Afari Gyan would not be replaced today or tomorrow just because NPP are calling for his removal. what about the chief Justice? WhenNDC cried for her removal, President Mills pointed to the constitution, it is the same for Afari Gyan, he would live to be 70 before retiring, meaning he would conduct the next elections which NPP may as well boycott as they have done to the two bye elctions so far. NPP, you had your eight years and failed to change all that is wrong in the system as you now point out. Was it because you were exploiting it to your advantage. Then welcome to incumbency.

How much longer do knuckleheads need to understand that even in the UK, Canada ,France and US -all strong democracies with centuries of practice of the electoral system- elections are fraught with irregularities and that Ghana with her 20 years democratic practice is actually doing better than a lot of them these supposed advanced democracies in respect of her electoral system. When prez Kufour won his second term, it was in the most controversial of circumstances but we were happy with what we had achieved and moved on. Only the mischievious and cynical don't see that we've come a long way.

The EC has conducted general elections from 1992 with call on all political party to vigilant. Why will a referee advice you to be vigilant if it didn't want to be fair? 99% of NPP polling agents acccepted and signed the results right there and then so the EC was fair as shown by the concurring actions of NPP agents. It is only those praty administrators at the top who are refusing to accept it because because that hands them a defeat which is bitter to swallow, a clear emotive reaction which is based on thirst for power
