  How come you never touch on the fact that there were so many Akan owned businesse in Ghana that was never touched by the Rawlings regime? What may be the reason behind it?
  
  You have also never writen about the number of non Akans that suffered during the revolution especially in Accra.
  
  You are always over concentrating on the selected Akans especially the Asantes who suffered.
  
  Why are you continuosly exposing your tribal biases on this form? Learn to be air a bit Rockson. This is the problem some of us have about some die followers of the NPP. Honesty and genuiness seems to be missing in their DNA.

  You're traumatized by sheer envy. Too bad. We should celebrate and reward ingenuity, success, hardwork and industry rather than subjecting business entrepreneurs to ridicule and stripping them of their hard earned success. This not only robs the entrepreneurs of their wealth but makes an entire nation poorer. It's like cutting your nose to spite your face. If they owed the state in unpaid taxes wouldn't it have been wiser to have them pay back whatever they owed to the state? We're in this economic mess because we had men like Rawlings whose only motivation was the sheer envy they harbored for the success of fellow ghanaians and the way of satisfying their selfish and unbridled emotions was truncating the contributions these self made business entrepreneurs made to the national economy by seizing their businesses and assets. This was the beginning of what came to be known as replacing the so-called Akan hegemony with an Ewe hegemony. Thirty years later the entire nation is paying a huge price for this miadventure, greed and envy by a few misguided self imposed leaders.

  Even Benjillo who was pardoned after being convicted of drugs sued the government of Ghana and claimed his properties which were confiscated even with interest how much much more a noble man like my friend Mr. Mensah, who did not evil to the state. Give back his hard toiled properties to his children immediately. Shame on us, the system is corrupt.

  Rawlings and his cronies were all involved in Akan annihilation. How come more Akans were murdered cold blooded and we didn't hear of Ewes suffering even though the Ewes were instigators and architects of most coups in Ghana since Nkrumah?
  
  We need to set the record straight, Akans are the proponents holding the nation's, economy, politics and social spheres together. There would have been a civil war if the Akans hadn't stayed patriotic and nationalistic to this nation.
  
  No amount of Akan bashing will destroy that tribe. I blame Kuffour for not been brave to remove the mighty INDEMNITY CLAUSE. We would have discovered the real atrocities, robberies and ethnic marginalization promoted against or to curtail Akan success stories in the areas of business, industrialisation and administration.
  
  As a son of a renowned Kwahu business man, I experienced the traumatic destruction of our family business by the PNDC. What happened to the Merchant Bank Kwahu's were major shareholders under P(NDC) which is currently being transferred to the South Africans?
  
  All other tribes must not bow to Akans but must recognise the deep entrenched love Akans have for this nation even in the face of ''complete obliteration''...

B.A. Mensah, as he was known at the time, had already established himself in the Kaneshie North Industrial area with his BAMCO (B.A. Mensah & Co) establishment, opposite Danafco, populary known as 'Oburoni Wawu) where baling of second hand clothing was done.
  
  Rawlings developed hatred for Mr. B.A. Mensah as a result and started terrorising him since his successive coup detat, one of which he made him crawl from the Kotoka International Airport terminal when he had emplaned for a business trip. He got biggots like Lt. Yeboah, Akrasi Sarpong, Budu and others to come to the factory to insult him in the presence of the workers, calling him a thief. Rawlings and B.A. Mensah, who is a thief. Who has acquired state property through illegal means?? Rawlings and his protegies should be made to indicate what B.A. Mensah stole from the state and account for what, they, in turn, have stolen from the state. Rawlings gave the factory to his brother in law to run!!!
