hmmm..... a very thought provoking article. i hope users of such services have taken note of what is happening around them. the sad fact is that no individual is prepared to rise up because of 2 pesewas. why? your guess is as good as mine. after all how much is 2 pesewas? if they sat down to calculate how much the company is making out of their ignorance, i believe they will have no option but to get up and give them a head-butt to awaken them. anyway, what other option is left? such things cannot happen if state owned companies are well managed. this leaves consumers in the hands of greedy private companies. please consumers, not until you learn that you're the king and should be treated as such, things of this nature will continue. remember: little drops of water makes a mighty ocean. think about those 2 pesewas could help those who really need them. that is my 2 cents.

These thieves will sneak from that 2 pesewas, to 3 pesewas, then to 4 pesewas and so on. Looters. The National Communication Authority should put them in check as the populace begins to notice these thefts. NCA stop them.

Is NCA aware of this daylight robbery? In fact, I am aware of this scheme because I have on so many occasions been a victim. Another way they steal from you is when let's say you buy 5 cedis credit and bundle 2 cedis out of it on your data sim. In a few days when you check your credit you will still have some bundled credit but your remaining 3 cedis would also have reduced. How? And how? May be by some credit eating crawler of your machine. No, it is the thieves at work. The shame is that we have a government that is supposed to protect our common interest. But they a collaborators in crime. Just look at this talk tax. I rest my case.
