Addison was a big time jerk, when he made those affirmative misrepresentations yesterday in court, while seeking to tender an adulterated and fictitious extract of the official voters registrar to indict Dr Afari Djan, when caught he was embarrassingly allowed then, to withdraw without any sanctions, after making legal arguments based on a knowingly false representation of law which constitutes dishonesty toward the EC and the supreme court. This shows that our supreme court is comical and a mockery at best, and a bastion of 'grumpy old men and ladies' beyond belief. If such misrepresentation can go unchallenged, I do not know what to anticipate from a court whose propensities are becoming seemingly juvenile at best and insidious. This is a whole country being hijacked by disgruntled egomaniacs and all we do is sweep maleficent ill fated character assassinating encumbrances under carpets? Addison should have been sanctioned and perhaps jailed for forgery! There was even a supreme court lady judge who concurred with Addison in his effort to tarnish Afari Djan's image with that falsified EC voters registrar extract. What a country! so untruths these days as far as Ghana is concerned is superiority?

ATUGUBA then tried to cover Addison a bit from utter shame. This case is over you can clearly smell it but there are ostriches who think otherwise.

A clip of Dr Afari Gyan`s testimony was usedin such a way to give a different twist to the answers he gave to questions he fielded from Philip Addison. Wh have a very long way to go with the kind of media we have in this country!

An extract is an authentic piece of a text without adulteration. That is why it could still be subject to Copyright regulations. If one pulls any extract from a text but intentionally misuses it to undermine the original intent of the parent document that could also lead to legal misrepresentation.

We cannot choose bits and pieces of any document and re-assemble them for an original to use as what the parent document was made for.

Addison succeeded in making the EC accept that he did double registration. the only thing that was not allowed was that he could not tender an abtract but he has to tender full document. So please stop faking issues... I am not NDC or NPP but i think you should speak the truth about what happened. the article is fake

The pink sheets saga has taken its toll on the credibility of the Petitioners, I am afraid. I have long suspected that there could have been some nifty document photoshopping by one side or the other or both and that it would be a matter of time and take greater audacity of a challenging side to press that opinion to the fore of the argument.

It really has taken too long for that point to be made at the Court. As the case dragged on, and multiple charges of tampering with the numbers and names on the pink sheets emerged, the suspicion of expertly doctoring pink sheets became increasingly compelling.

It seems either side, especially the respondents, for lack of unshakable evidence, has been hovering over the edges of that suspicion, and possibly fears making a launch of forgery accusation and being unable to prove it.

But it is the Petitioners side that by this story has come close to exposing itself to that vulnerability. If the respondents could muster more courage and dare to challenge the authenticity of those evidential specimens submitted by Addison, we may reach a quicker finality on the case.
