The fact that KPMG is big internationally, does not mean that their partner in Ghana cannot be influenced or bribed to do a shoddy job for political reasons.

It does not make sense when you are asked to count the number of pink sheets to come back and say I did not count some sheets because they were not clear; you were not asked by the court to count clear sheets; rather SHEETS whether they are clear or not.

The unclear sheets were supplied by Dr Afari Gyan and EC. This goes to support the view of irregularities. How can you announce a result then from an unclear pink sheet unless you are cooking the numbers for the results. Indeed truly shame on KPMG. I am sorry this time round their agent in Ghana did not do a good job.

I want to be circumspect and not make any premature prononcements,but I can certainly say certain highly placed persons in this country will suffer serious damage to their careers as a result of these hearings!
I am glad these proceedingds were open to the general public and also attracted some international media coverage. But contrary to what the EC bashers would have us believe,it is the Judiciary, the court administration, and certain elements of the Ghana Bar that will come in for the harshest criticisms when the dust finally settles on this case. And we will all find out why sooner or later!

Despite all they have heard and seen in the supreme court, they cannot even agree with the supreme court judges that the petitioners truly filed over 11000 pink sheets. What else can be done to educate and inform such ignorants.

I watched Amanor Dodoo of KPMG during his presentation of the report to the SC.I was appalled by his intellectual competence and language.It was clear he and his people did a poor job.KPMG decided to make its own rules regarding the count.Despite all the effort to cheat the other side, Addison was able to competently grill Dr Afari Gyan.The truth is so glaring.In a few weeks the SC will deliver the verdict to serve justice to the Ghanaian people and restore credibility in our electoral system.You party loyalists must all remain calm after the verdict otherwise you will be dealt with in accordance with laws of the land.

The KPMG case shows how deep our eduation system has sunk all the way to the university level. In simple ordinary level statistics if you are given a 'population' to count, you first of all count the whole population, then you distinguish the distinct groups. In this case pink sheets with polling station names, pink sheets without polling station names, those with polling station IDs, those that cannot be identified, etc.

To just report to the court that some sheets could not be identified and were therefore not counted smacks of incompetence and sheer mathematial illiteracy. It is not surprising that every depatment/organisation in Ghana simply steals the taxpayer's money every year and gets away with it, claimimg 'over-expenditure' because even internationally reputed organisations like KPMG don't konw what they are about. Poor Ghana!

KPMG only reported what the NPP themselves attached to its own filed affidavit as evidence. If those evidence has turned out to be nothing more than a chaff, don't blame KPMG for doing their job by reporting things accurately
