"PDF" or Printable Digial Format documents or files with encrypted codes cannot be altered, as usually used by corporations, govt. institutions or big companies. Individuals ro persons who'd want to keep their documents intact or unedited use encryption codes. So Mr. Phillip Addison's suggestion to EC's boss, Kwadjo Afari-Gyan during cross-examination shouldn't be mis-understood.

In EC's case, it seems that they opted to secure their files with encryption codes. There's been so many discrepancies in EC's numbers, presentations esp. on pink sheets and other figures ect, in court. Addison has been able to expose these irregularities and malpractices in court, during the Supreme Court election petition hearing.

Nobody should try to make any untruthful statements here; the whole world have been glued to their TVs and Computers, throughout the hearing. Everybody watched live court proceedings. It will be insane for anyone to attempt to deceive he/herself. The truth stands---there's no other alternative to the truth than what's been proven in court.

My own nephew is an it specialist working for the penatagon,yes you heard me the pentagon,and he tells me they do not only have the Chinese,Russians and Iranians to contend with,they have to keep very close eyes on high school geeks who operate from the basement of their homes who give them a run for their money just for kuicks! So do not try and make an 'angel' out of that mischievious Philip Addison.
And do not come back and tell us the EC, or the govt of Ghana for that matter, has the kind of resources that many of these big companies devote to safeguarding the intergrity of their official documents! Anybody who follows developments within the IT arena knows Addison was trying to 'BS' his way in court. Why was he so upset when he was 'tripped'up by Tsikata? We now understand why his side wanted to get their hands on soft copy of the KPMG report.

Npp thinks Ghanaians have soon forgotten when they were stealing gold, money, land and other state properties. Ministers saving government loans in their individual foreign accounts and keeping the interest accrued before releasing the capital to nation's coffers. In fact, the SC is really wasting time that is why these crooks think they still stand a chance. Where on earth have you seen SC removing democratically elected president and putting in a 70 years old drug baron, greedy and arrogant man as president? You have been found out and God will punish you for wasting Ghanaian tax-payers money. Npp would surely pay for their demonic and evil plans.

Now days pdf documents can even be edited in the same pdf format when you use the right software. You can add pictures, rephrase sentences and even sign on pdfs.

PDF as you claimed can't be altered is untruth, the only time you find difficulty altering PDF is when it is created through Electronic Sender; a device which allows you to send printed documents electronically quite apart from fax and scan machines unto your computer. With this, the document is saved in a PDF as well as a picture format which does not allow editing. Read more to acquire more knowledge on the evolution of the IT.

Victor you got is wrong. PDF files can be copied to word document for alterations and/or corrections. Learn more about computing. NPP and their "I know all" attitude is still working.

PDF documents can be edited, can even be converted into Word or Excel documents and re-converted to PDF.

Please let us made good discussions on key issued for the common good of our people, Ghanaians. So far only known faulted document presented at the court was Mr Tsikata's wrongly dated letter.

Yet again, the ex-convict wanted to try his old tricks again at the highest court of our Land, Ghana. Tsatsu will never change, and, now he is a headache to NDC legal team. Please, let the Supreme Court Judges talk, and we Ghanaian will listen.

Why on earth do you use your opinion piece to call on NDC supporters? to do what? what information is out there that they are not already aware of? And what do you want them to do with the information?

It is such postings that are dangerous and incite silly idiots to do things that are not in anyone's interests.

This matter is before the courts and we all have our own views about the merits (or de-merits) of the case and my own views I am sure are very well known on the subject. But for heaven's sake, what has this to do with NDC supporters?? Ghanaweb should stop allowing the NDC and NPP surrogates the space to propagate their nonsense!

The supplier replied I supplied you with four boxes of milk each containing 24 milk, thus you are supposed to multiply 24 by 4 to get the number of tins of milk you were supplied. Dr. Mahmudu Bawumia said that a pooling station with 250 registered voters was supplied with only four ballot papers. However the number of the ballot papers were from 301 to 550, meaning that four ballot books were supplied with two with 100 ballot sheets and two other with 25 ballot sheets. I even forgot that room have to be made for spoil ballot papers, thus, the polling station with 250 registered voters will have about 300 or more ballot papers issued.

Printers have their characteristic mark which is not visible to the naked eye but can be scrutinized by magnification to reveal the identity of the printer used I believed the case would not have traveled the duration it did because the the fraud would have been immediately evident.
