    Mr Constitutionalist can you explain why the NDC the third Respondent was allowed to join the case ? Jake did not contest any office so why is he in court ? If the NPP is not in court is he challenging the results?

    Only a Ghanaian citizen can bring such as case before court, not a political party. That is what he/she is saying. Not to cast dispersions your way, but if you read the constitution you may have just known that.
