If wishes were horses then a beggar like Yaw Boateng-Gyan might ride his much fancied red horse to war. Our bacgrounds, circumstances and experiences are so varied that we end up being wired differently. Some thrive in chaos and anarchy because they lack the mental resources to compete fairly and squarely in normalcy. Yaw is suffering from grandiose delusion and wishes for war where he thinks he might have the advantage. Unfortunately for this dreamer, sane minded ghanaians far outnumber Yaw and his ragtag army. Those war dreams of his will soon evaporate into thin air . He might be compelled to spend the rest of his days in a penitentiary where he rightly belongs.

There is little to no doubt that what Yaw Boateng Gyan said isn't helpful in resolving the current Election crisis. But that does not in any shape or form call for us to massacre each other as you, Prof. Kwame Okoampa-Ahoofe, Jr. , would like us believe.

In fact, it is much easier for any discerning, level-headed person to consider the likelihood of Yaw Boateng Gyan only trying to show that no Election is 100% perfect without some errors than to overlook your persistent nifty, shrewd subtle nudging of NPP supporters to violently reject the SC verdict unless it is for the Petitioners.

You have for a long time being 'preaching in Parables' to prime the NPP supporters for a violent protest against any unfavorable outcome of the case. You begun by challenging the integrity of the Court's President, Justice Atuguba, and followed up with various excoriating deligitimization of any interim decision he led the Court to make along the way.

Your 'my-way-or-no-way' attitude of discussing issues related to the case pervasively characterizes all your contributions on the case. Does that not connote a more rigidly belligerent behavior than what Yaw Boateng Gyan said?

If we were even to take what Mr. Boateng said as exactly what he really meant, would that not include the two past Elections NPP won with Prez. Kufuor's leadership, since both Elections were supervised by the same Afari Gyan? How then should any mutually allowed errors in past Elections, favoring both the NPP and the NDC, particularly, call for us to taste the horrors of Kigali?

I strongly believe it is for the likes of you who wield the pen to incite folks to violence that the SC Contempt deterrence most fit.

Count yourself lucky that you still live here in the USA and are comfortably shielded by the sheer remoteness of the distance to Ghana. But even so, if you continue to whip the rage of the unsuspecting supporters to precipitate any ethnic or Partisan clashes in Ghana, you could be pursued to bring you to book. Do not think you are untouchably above the Law or unreachable to answer charges of Genocide.

As much as all seemed to be going well with the Professor's 'smoking-gun' Pink-sheets evidential exhibits, Lawyer Addison introduced this set of exhibits that had forgery written all over it and quickly withdrew them upon a little challenge.

That last minute adulteration of facts and evidence with those withdrawn Pink Sheets cast a long gloomy shadow on any strategy to rely too much on the Pink Sheets. I think a stronger argument could have been made with the Collating data and any likely votes by those without biometric I'd.

At this point, the whole process of reproducing copies of Pink Sheets for evidence is shrouded under the suspicion of expert doctoring.
