Martin Amidu should grow some spine and admit that since his fans and followers of doom think that anyone in position of power, from Betty Mould and head of Ministry of Finance up through the late Atta Mills had a dirty hand in Ghana’s judgment debt saga why is it that Saint Martin Amidu refuses to accept events that took place under his watch?
The first thing a serious A-G should do when he/she assumes office in an era of ongoing legal wars is to ask and get all litigation files that are absolutely not closed (in terms of legal filings or partial payments) and not make political self-serving speeches. Saint Martin failed to get his hand around all files under his watch and everything that went on while he was head of Ghana government’s prosecution and legal advice team as AG. Failure to accept this simple but generally accepted principle of responsibility as head of a department or entity only shows the lack of candor and or the desire to be liked; this I submit is even beneath Saint Martin Amidu.
