  It is freedom of speech that enables groups like KKK (US), BNP (UK) and National Front (France), among many other repugnant groups exist in the west. That is why they see progress in human development every day.
  
  Ken Kuranchie is well eduated and very well travelled, yet he was ridiculed and called "small fry". among other things. Even local court magistrates do that to poor drivers and other less fortunate citizens appearing before them all the time. That is why the SC's precedence is dangerous. Well done!
