It is quite unfair for this writer to describe NPP as a property grabbing party.NPP is not out to grab but rather create the atmosphere where people can develop their own properties.Touching on the voting trend of Ghanaians,it can be seen that big urban areas vote for NPP while rural areas vote for NDC,but give the rural folks the needed education and you will see the change in the trend.For NDC to keep ruling it must ensure that its core voting block stay uneducated but on the other side you cannot develop a nation with illiterates.It is quite true that NPP manages the economy much better but question is how long will it take Ghanaians to see this?.

The Good Book states that 'where there is no vision the people perish'(Proverbs 29:18). No analysis by Bokor nor NDC enthusiasts will alter the direction of our nation without foresight and visionary strategies to address our economic, social, political and cultural advancement in the 21st century. As Nana Akuffo Addo indicated with his posit as a vision for Ghana, our "Guggisberg Economy" has to change for a more progressive one like the Tigers in Asia have managed to accomplish!!!
