It is uncertain how many pink sheets were provided in evidence. Bawumia kept insisting they provided 11582, but the KPMG count revealed over 13000. The discrepancy has not been accounted for by the petitioners. Neither has the fact that there were disparities between the sets of pink sheets presented to the Presiding judge, the registry and the defendants. So what do the petitioners expect the judges to use for their judgement?
Margaret Jackson is right to ask why the petitioners did not call a single party agent, polling officer or election official as witness. It is also a moot point that polling agents did not lay any complaint to the EC about irregularities in signing the pink sheets.
Why did Addison resort to fabricating 'evidence' if the petitioners had compelling evidence of irregularities?

So whether the number of the pink sheets tabulated or not didn't matter, but what mattered is that was there any evidence on any one of the pink sheet that the petitioned had claimed long ago. Dr. Afari Gyan was handed the pink sheets and he did admitted that there were over voting among other irregularities.
So if there is only one evidence among the 11582 pink sheets submitted by the NPP, it is still an evidence that the Supreme Court can rely on . We can discard the rest of the pink sheets and focus on that one. Didn't Afari Gyan stated that, even if the total votes exceed the number of registered voters by only one, the result of that polling station will be annulled. That count.

There is no way you can conduct an election without transpositional errors on pink sheets.
