Do you not know that Akronfuor only came milk us dry thus the increase in poverty rate and Ghana as Cocaine hub in the world. Not mention arm robbery. Had Akronfuor gone a step ahead of Rawlings' Govt on issues of Accountability, Probity and Integrity, Ghana would have somewhat come near achieving it's vision 2020.

Condoms are being taxed, dumsor is non-stop but candles are being taxed too,petrol prices are on the rice, the cedi is falling like mahama's dignity and reputation, GYEEDA report is out and the government is keeping it a secret,private universities are being taxed (lets kill what the locals create) BUT RLG AND ZOOMLION are getting tax holidays. YET TO refund 200million GHC. Mahama is confused, visionless, clueless and the worst president after Liman. Ghanaians are suffering while AMA leader is busy renaming things after a president who we are yet to find out what killed him.

Just because the supreme court might deliver an impartial verdict doesn't mean it'll be seen that way by the many Ghanaian tribalists,avowed partisans,regionalists and opportunists.The Ghanaian political animal can be benevolently ignorant or malevolently well informed all depending on tribe,region or party interests.Any impartiality of the SC will never go down well with these type of political animals just to attain their political nirvana at whatever cost.

What does this article have to do with U.S. lawyers? How does this article have anything to do with the Ghanaian Supreme Court ruling? There is a conflict with Ghana's judiciary system in that the judiciary must function under the provisions of a constitution applied by the methodology of British Common Law. The two mix like oil and water.

- if bluffer Akim Akufo Ado's "pink Sheets" were bundles of fraudulent papers, his first stop ought to have been with the Police (criminal procedure); and not directly with the Supreme Court; and that

- the Supreme Court has no powers to overrule the Declaration of the Electoral Commissioner Afari Gyan, that Mahama won (Organs of State/Separation of Powers)
