So sad. It is clear that the NPP knowing that they would lose the elections, particularly seeing the sympathy & love for NDC after the death of Mills, coached some members on things to do that would give the NPP a stand to accuse the EC of fraud and irregularities. They pushed such trained members (thugs) to apply as presiding officers so that they could carry out what they had been trained to do.
The NPP clearly taught these presiding officers how to wrongly fill the pink sheets and not to sign them, particularly in NDC strongholds, so that the "errors" & non-signing could be used as a case against the EC. NPP planned this court case long ahead of the elections and coached their members on what to do.
The NPP so called "legal brains" exploited the loopholes in the electoral laws and system to coach their members on things to do to invalidate the elections. After the elections, the NPP just called the coached presiding officers to furnish them with what they had executed. That formed the basis of their petition. Now we know.

The question is were these deliberately done to favour one candidate over the other? That is the million dollar question? This could have been answered had the NPP presented the pink sheets for all the 26,000 constuencies. But being mischievous as they are, they went on a fishing expedition for only in areas won by Prseident Mahama and thereby exposing their bad faith big time.

The elctoral commissioner himself (Dr. Afari Gyan) has already accepted that the 2012 elections exhibited many irregularities, overvoting, voting without verification, duplicates of pink sheets, and even tripilcates and quadruplicates, etc. In which part bof this world is a voter a multiple factor of himself or herself.
Through the true ruling of this petition by the Supreme Court, everybody in Ghana, and in fact, in the rest of the world will come to terms with the fact that, elections are necessary, and presidents should not be chosen by error and imposed on the people.
You better shut up and allow the justices perform their good job.

Judges can always interpret the law to suit their whims. Otherwise, there is absolutely no justification for allowing Tsatsu to file the NDC response late. First, the NDC was originally not a party to the case but they applied to become part of it. With this background, they should have been the first to file a response if they are serious. Next time a soccer player receives a red card from the referee, I'll bring the case before the nine justices. My argument will be that the "sin of the player must not be visited on the head of the team manager/coach and supporters whose desire is to win or not lose a game". In my mind, the only reason, the SC allowed Tsatsu to file late was that the RESPONDENTS have lost the case already and it doesn't matter if Tsatsu files late or early. In other words, the Justices didn't want to give the NDC any excuse to appeal the impending ruling. They were smart enough to see through Tsatsu's intentions and tricks. God help Ghana!

What Brogya Genfi has written is quite pathetic indeed.He has stated a whole list or reasons why he thinks voters should not be penalized for the wrong doing of others,but does he realize that some people were not allowed to vote because of faults of others and also whole results were cancelled because of others mistakes.It is childish for any one to come up these reasons,afterall if the cook makes mistake and add anything harmful to the food it does not matter if it is meant for two or thousands of people the whole food goes into the garbage.

Pls let us all simply equate this to a wassce exams where there is cancellation of results. Not everyone may have cheated but it all boils down to the integrity of the exams.
