If the published accounts of the institutions do not show profit to be disbursed to stake holders, then no corporation tax will be due.

even in usa for profit schools are taxed because the allow idiots to attend school that have no chance of graduating or people that want to study fast! Because of high failure rate(contracts signed require continued payments) ...

Because of high failure rate(contracts signed require continued payments). Even this weekend storys in new york times or internet of immigrants in new york taken atvantage of by for profit beauty schools that never taught students good enough to pass their state exam..So they where still hounded by bill collectors but not able to work as hairdresser because the failed the state exam.... If your school is failure then you don't have to worry about tax...But if you steal heavy and pay teacher small..Then get ready to pay tax!
