  Transparency and accountability is important in every country - for the country's progress. You have done well for raising the issue. It is necessary, no matter who rules.
  We also to not be discouraged by those who write reckless, insensible insults, uneducative and semi-educative responses, trying to discourage the writer who is contributing meaningfully to Ghana's progress or to destabilise the flow of the forum.
