Such evidence can never bring justice and peace anywhere in the world. Furthermore, no single witness was allowed among the principal actors such as presiding officers and polling agents; a deliberate act to conceal facts. No wonder the son's (presiding officers) sin was being visited on the father(Dr Afari Gyan). How does Afari Gyan steal what he did not see. He did not appear in any of those polling stations yet the party agents who witnessed everything are rather the thieves and should be responsible. AS for those who failed to sign pink sheets for whatever reason,though less than 5%, they are incompetent and have no authority to disenfranchise any voter not to talk of thousands. In fact Nana in a speech in a run-up to the 2012 election said it himself that the peoples' vote is sacrosanct and any other thing is merely administrative and less important. I wonder if he has changed his mind about what he said.

If it is ballots that must be annulled, then the ballots should have been challenged. There was no such challenge as far as the evidence goes. On the contrary thr votes declared were endorsed by petitioners's agents. The act of the agent is binding on the principal in so many respects.

If in principles over voting occurs whereby registered voters in a constituency all vote to the number of registered voters, it is over voting. Because some people would die others would be sick in bed that they could not exercise their franchise.

Maybe a few questions would prompt you to start reasoning with your God-given brain.
1) Why was the Biometric Verification Machine introduced?
2) Is it right for Mahama, also a candidate at the time, to go on air and ask people to vote without the BVM, when it was claimed that it had apparently broken down?
3) Have you tried to research into the causes of malfunctioning of the BVM, to ascertain the possibility of intentionally making it malfunction?
4) Have you compared and contrasted other countries' use of the BMV or electronic machines e.g. Nigeria and U.S.?
You and we not being there does not mean we cannot and we should not speak about errors that were made there. There were rules that were supposed to be followed, so a party has the right to take necessary steps to challenge what they suspect as fraud.
We must all strive to be objective for the sake of Ghana. It does not matter Mahama or Akufo-Addo. What matters is the truth so we can correct mistakes. This is what we call democracy, and such corrections would or could help us advance!
