  NPP's serial loser and the defeated 2008/2012 presidential elections Mr. William Nana Addo Dankwa Akuffo Addo, is on record to have stated emphatically that " The count, the collation, the declaration of results cannot and should not be more important than the sacred, God-given right of a citizen casting his or her ballot..."
  
  
  I would like to ask Mr. Nana William Addo Dankwa Akuffo Addo if the God-given right of that citizen includes the 4 million votes of citizens that he wants to be annulled for him to be president at all cost? Or Is he saying that the votes of some citizens are more sacred than others and that those votes of those citizens should not be counted as God-given right?
  
  You see how this man's unbridled ambitions are contradicting his public utterances and posture? Akuffo Addo is a manifestation of a true hypocrite who never means what he says and never says what he means. He is a dangerous caricature as far as politics is concerned and must be jettisoned for Ghana to enjoy some peace but not to live in pieces because of him.

  There was no voter who had issue but officer who did not signed their part, after counting and decleared at voting center and returning officer failed to sign and he did not write and complein why he did not sign, then you are calling for cancelation and later come to say u speak for voters, you are contradiction yourself.

  Two types of votes are cast in national elections everywhere in the world and Article 63 of Ghana's constitution recognizes these two kinds of votes: valid and invalid.
  
  A valid vote implies that a voter followed prescribed rules, policies and procedures established by the constitution of the country and duly authorized governing organization (i.e.,Ghana's EC)responsible for conducting the election to cast his or her vote. An invalid vote conjures willful, overt and flagrant violation of the rules, policies and procedures guiding the elections as prescribed by the constitution and governing body or organization to cast a vote. While the former is encouraged in any democratic society, the latter is discouraged and punished. For example, votes that had "hanging chads" were disqualified in Bush v Gore (2000 in the USA). Similarly, 1.3million invalid votes were disqualified in Buhari v Obasanjo in Nigeria. Kenya, Sierra Leone and Zambia did likewise.
  
  Thus, elections results are not declared on votes cast BUT on total valid votes cast. Hence the words of Nana Akuffo Addo or any politician, no matter how brilliant or reckless, cannot be used as a metric to determine the results of Ghana's presidential election. Rather, the constitution and EC's rules, policies and procedures must be used.

  If there is anything that Ghanaians would forever not forgive Akufo Addo, it is his hostage of this country for his selfish interest.Many a time, I am incline to believe that, the man Akufo Addo, is not of himself or he has taken Ghanaians for granted.It is like Ghana is for him and his drug trafficking family members.The fact that this man lossing the elections genuinely, but rashing to the court to have it overtune speaks volume. This man has taken Ghana for granted.Knowing very well that they have packed the court to do the dirty jobs for them, which they have so far done marvelously to their own admirations,they understimate this very important issue,and once again, run to the court to do the dirty wirk for them.Elections are won through the ballot box, and not through the dark chambers of the court.If this is not a double standard on the part of this man,what else is it? Is Ghana for Akufo Addo at all? And is Akufo Addo bigger than the NPP at all? Are there not sensible human beings within such tribal party to bring this man to his sense? Akufo Addo is avery dangerous and a vert treacherous man who should be treated as such.Those who have deceived him to have had a vision that he was born to be president have done him a lot og harm. This is the man wo wants to rule this country! Not too long, this man was inciting the Ivory Coast to fight Ghana for our own God given natural resources.Is this the man certain people are trying to force on Ghanaians? If laid down rules are not used it renders the votes null and void. 2012 elections was not about Akufo -Addo but about ghanaians looking for responsible leadership which we do not have now. Lets stop playing politicks with our nation and get a better team in place to move Ghana from its doom.

  It is precisely the respect for the democratic rights of voters that administrative errors or deliberate manipulations should not be allowed to usurp the will of the people. When there is over-voting, the express will of the people is usurped and hence the instances of over-voting Should be annulled to ensure the sanctity of the uncontaminated votes. When polling station results are manipulated by means of duplicate, triplicate and quadruplicate results of doubtful origins, then those votes need to be annulled to ensure the sanctity of the clean votes. When results declared cannot be authenticated by the signature of the presiding officer, then that result need to be annulled to safeguard the authenticity of the remaining votes. Don't behave as if you have never heard of vote rigging. This is Africa and instances of incumbents governments manipulating electoral results through various crafty ways abounds for the discerning voter. That is why our constitution made provisions for aggrieved parties to resort to the courts for redress. The same practice of vote rigging is the root cause of the many civil strives we witness day by day in Africa. The case has been presented along with available evidence and legal arguments. Let the justices who are well versed in the constitutional requirements determine the case based on the facts and the law; and shelve your infantile analysis of what Akuffo-Addo said or did not say.

  Your arguement is far "two- dimensional". You're suffering from repetition syndrome.The casting of one's vote may be sacred. Does that mean quadruple voting is four times as sacred? Double, tripple or quadruple voting cant be classified as an accident or an administrative error. It's blatant abuse of the system, sacred or not.
