  I do not know if it is possible but Bank of Ghana must be retrieving these notes and replacing them with new ones or people given the right to refuse to accept an objectionable notes. I do receive some notes that stink so much that I feel reluctant to put it into my wallet. Bank of Ghana, any solution?
