  Your write-up offers good lessons in managing people at work at the micro level, but running a nation at the macro level is a different ball game and kettle of fish where some of your principles will not wash, because at the national level, you face very tough dilemmas, and a strong and firm leadership focus with vision is required. All the same, a good write-up.

  EVERYBODY, INCLUDING THE WHITES, KNOW WHAT HAPPENS IN GHANA'S UNIVERSITY, SO STOP WRITING BULLSHIT.
  
  GHANA UNIVERSITY DEGREES ARE GOOD ONLY IN GHANA AND A FEW THIRD WORLD COUNTRIES. THEY ARE USELESS IN THE WESTERN WORLD.
