I have to say, that the "murderer" bit in the caption to that cartoon was unfortunate. That aside, you have to admit that the cartoon was very funny.

The only problem we have with cartoons is that we lack humor, otherwise, how on earth do we need cyber police to set regulations on how cartoons should be drawn on Ghanaweb.
