  I have to say, that the "murderer" bit in the caption to that cartoon was unfortunate. That aside, you have to admit that the cartoon was very funny.

  there is nothing wrong with the cartoon. what the talking goat said clearly depicts what any human could have said supposedly they were tricked or enticed in a similar way... lets not put a twist to this. i dont believe gha ...

Ghanaweb have a host of employee with different religious, national, political, racial, tribal and ethnic background. the writer should stop the fuse about this.

  GhanaWeb is a huge asset to thousands if not millions of Ghanaians as far as information dissemination is concerned. They get you on-the-spot, updates on the going-ons in business, politics, education etc in the nation, giving you the real stuffs that affect national development.
  
  In as much as some of us applaud this significant contribution the GhanaWeb is making, sometimes I wonder aloud to myself whether GhanaWeb cares a hoot about what many consider as unbridled flow of "anything" on their site. Countless calls, appeals, cautions and suggestions have been made by different people. But the response from GhanaWeb? Dead silence! Business as usual! Why? Inference? They don't care, may be, about what a reader says? Quite speculative, wondering what their editorial policy is. And that raises serious concerns. Or is it the absence of appropriate filtering software/utility to help do it or what?
  
  We know major popular international sites have a policy to sift through what is posted by their visitors and wouldn't let through anything.

  The only problem we have with cartoons is that we lack humor, otherwise, how on earth do we need cyber police to set regulations on how cartoons should be drawn on Ghanaweb.
