The pink sheets submitted are riddled with inconsistency. It is not clear how many pink sheets were submitted, and why there were discrepancies between the various lots of pink sheets submitted to the Registry, the president of the court, and the respondents.

The petitioners case has been gravely undermined by these inconsistencies.
