When you lose elections and refusing to concede how on earth could you be expecting the winner to leave power for you because you are a radical Nana Ado leading radicals? only a fool will keep believing that Nana Ado is not on pension. Proceedings, and saw the 'rope-a-dope' stance Addison adopted when Justice Dotse would not permit him to 'dance' away. but even more shocking was the facile response he gave to Justice Baffoe-Bonnie`s inquiry concerning the lack of charts detailing and explaining other columns that blank spaces showing "on the face of the pink sheet". A clear example of the charge of "bad faith" the attorneys for the respondents levelled at them,won`t you say?
And how did the hitherto discarded allegations of "fraud", "cheating" etc make it into the final address?
I tell you this Addison is "something else", my brothers and sisters!

MJ should not forget that anybody wh wanted to listen to the hearing could do so. It is because of people like him that the CJ agreed to allow the cameras into the court rooms, and also the reason why justice Atuguba and his team came out to warn the people who were twisting the happenings in the court room to deceive Ghanaians

Each polling station has its own identity which is polling station 1 + polling station 2 but not 1A 1B.
If comes to 1A 1B then one can easily see that something strange is going there that's why the NPP is complaining so Margaret please don't try to deceive yourself.

Yet you attribute the assigning of serial numbers to the printers, when the scenario cited above demands that the EC have to assign serial numbers to the pink sheets to manage such scenarios.

Addison could not tell the court if serial numbers have been used to identify polling stations and simply started to beat about the bush with his answer. When his attention was drawn to the fact that he has not answered the question, Addison again failed to inform the court whether serial numbers have been used in past elections to identify polling stations.

Pink sheets are not registered or do make entries by their serial numbers.Polling stations have their own names and codes so if you bring 100 million of pink sheets with duplicates or what have you.The names and the codes are the real identification of THE POLLING STATION not the serial number on the pink sheet according to Dr Afari Gyan.The EC can always say serial numbers of pink sheets are not important for them because they do not use them to conduct élections.If the EC can proof that indeed they have never used the serial numbers of pink sheets to conduct any election in the country than Addison cannot make his own law.If the EC can also proof that in all the previous élections they used only codes and names of the polling stations filed on the pink sheets to declare results but not serial numbers then Addison has no point here at all.Otherwise Addison must also proof the EC wrong that in the previous élections,serial numbers were used in declaration of results,simple.The judges will not allow Addison and npp to make their own laws for election,at this critical moment we need credible proof not stories.Thank you.

HOW DO YOU EXPLAIN THAT?
It is not rocket science to know that indeed something dodgy went on which Afari Gyan was trying hard to cover up in court hence the blatant lies under oath.
It is a universal concept to assign serial numbers to documents that should never be duplicated to make each and everyone of them unique, e.g. passports, cheques, currency notes. raffle ticket and so on. Addison is therefore not making his own laws buddy, it is rather Afari Gyan who was making his own laws on serial numbers.
The printers assigned the serial numbers not for counting as he wanted the court to believe but to make each pink sheet unique so that they will be locked in the polling stations that hey were sent, to ensure that nobody picks up another one with the same serial number, fill it in they that suits him and replace the original one with that.
All these duplicate serial number pink sheets were used to declare the results, which puts a big question mark on the authenticity of the results declared by the EC

I would bet Afari Gyan has used this trick of duplicated serial numbers time and time again, but because nobody has gone this far to investigate the doings, he has always got away with it until now. So it would be hard for anybody to tell exactly what part serial numbers has played in past elections.
However, any well meaning observer will wonder why two different polling stations would have pink sheets with the same serial number. The petitioners are arguing that it was a ploy used to rig the elections. Your insuations about a polling station being split into two is hollow: I would bet there wouls not be more than 100 such poling stations in the whole country. I would further bet that if it were so, the EC would readily have had a list of how many such cases to look out for. Furthermore, the EC could not or did not prove this situation existed, because the duplicated serial numbers were from polling stations far away from each other, never the *a and *b you are trying to refer to. Nor were they from a polling station which was used for the early voting, because these would both be the same polling stations.
So, Mr Margaret, one wonders why such people as you continue to tell lies that do not sit at the end of your pen. Everything you wrote here are tales that can only be told to children and the gullible foot soldiers of the NDC. Let us try to be real just this once.
